One curator who lives here holds the whole programme, from your first brief to the last transfer, and stays reachable for the entire trip.

Organising a group abroad is a lot to carry for one person. We take that weight off you and keep it off.

How it works for a group

1. A short conversation. You tell us the purpose of the trip, the size of the group, the dates or how flexible they are, and what your people should feel when they come home.

2. A first outline within a few days. Where, how long, the shape of each day, and an itemised estimate. Nothing is booked yet; it is a starting point to react to.

3. We refine it together. The programme is adjusted until it fits your goals, your budget and your people. You approve every part before we confirm anything.

4. On the ground with you. During the trip your curator is a message away and is often in the room. Changes of plan, late flights and quiet requests from a colleague are handled before they reach you.

Formats we plan

Incentive journeys. A reward that feels personal rather than corporate: a yacht through the Komodo islands, a private villa estate in Bali with the cooks and drivers already in place, a dinner set up somewhere no one in the group would have found.

Leadership retreats. A setting for strategy and honest conversation. We arrange the house, the meeting spaces, the meals and the quiet hours, so the team can think about the business and not about logistics.

Team offsites. A change of scene that brings people together: a few days in one place with a programme that mixes work sessions, shared experiences and time to rest.

What we take care of

Domestic flights, transfers and boats. Villas, resorts or a whole hotel taken privately. Meeting spaces and private dining. Guides, activities and ceremonies arranged with the people who hold them. Timing across the group, dietary needs and the small details that decide how a trip is remembered.

Every programme is private. Your group is the only group; there are no shared departures and no fixed dates.

Where

Bali is the natural base: easy to reach, with the widest choice of private houses and venues. For smaller leadership groups we also work across the archipelago, including Komodo by yacht, Sumba, Flores and Raja Ampat.

What we do not do

Conferences for several hundred people with stages, exhibition space and broadcast production are not our work. If your event needs that, we will say so at the first conversation and point you to the right partner.

Pricing

Every programme is priced individually after the first brief. There are no packages and no rate cards. The proposal shows what is included, line by line, and international flights are arranged separately.

Questions we are often asked

How far in advance should we start? Three to six months is comfortable for a group; it gives us the pick of the houses and the boats. Shorter notice is often possible, so it is worth asking.

Can we mix work and leisure? Yes. Most retreats do. We build the meeting hours first and shape the rest of the day around them.

Who is our contact during the trip? The same curator who planned it, on WhatsApp and by phone, throughout.
