How it works for a group

1. We start with a conversation. We discuss your plans, group size, preferred dates and budget, along with the balance of work, shared experiences and time to unwind.

2. Your first proposal. Within a few days, we share a suggested destination, accommodation, a day-by-day outline and an itemised estimate. You have time to review everything before any bookings are made.

3. We refine the details together. We shape the programme around your team’s priorities, preferences and budget. Every element is agreed with you before we confirm any arrangements.

4. We take care of things on the ground. Throughout the journey, your curator coordinates the programme and remains a message or phone call away. From flight delays to individual requests, we manage the details so you can focus on your team.
