Tell us what the trip should make possible, how many people are coming and how much time you want to set aside for work.

Choose the setting, then the programme

Bali can be a base for meetings and shared experiences, with time around Ubud or the coast. If you are considering another island or a private boat journey around Komodo, we assess connections, accommodation and the available time before developing the route. Meeting facilities and equipment are checked against your requirements.

Give the organiser one point of contact

Your curator coordinates the travel proposal: rooms, arrivals, transfers, meals and activities. We discuss dietary and accessibility needs early, along with the budget and who approves the programme. Work sessions remain yours to shape; tell us if you need outside facilitation so its availability and scope can be assessed separately.

Can we combine work and leisure?

Yes. We build around your meeting hours, leaving space for shared outings and personal downtime. Participation in every activity does not have to be compulsory.

What is included in the price?

Each proposal sets out the included services and additional costs for your dates and team size. International flights are not included. Venue requirements and any specialist support are agreed before confirmation.
